Looking to become a skier or snowboarder? Maybe you just want to brush up on your technique and skills with a professional lesson. We have programs for skiers and riders of Beginner abilities, as well as Private Lessons for all abilities seeking a one-on-one learning environment. Make sure to check out the Learn to Ski and Learn to Snowboard program, our teaching method utilizes familiar movements and skis designed with beginners in mind, allowing you to feel comfortable from the very first minute on snow.

Reservations for all our lessons are open, please fill out our Snowsports Inquiries form below. Whiteface Snowsports season-long programs are available now online.

This all-inclusive Learn To Ski/Snowboard Lesson is perfect for the first-time skier! The All Inclusive Learn-To package includes a beginner lift ticket, 2 hour class lesson, and beginner rentals.

Please plan to arrive at the Bear Den Learning Center at least 1-1.5 hours prior to your scheduled lesson or program to ensure you have enough time for tickets and rentals.

Group lessons are offered daily for 13 years old and up for beginner levels (Level 1-3). Lessons run from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Bear Den Learning Center. Guests are grouped by ability.

Lessons are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the program start date. Reservations canceled more than 72 hours before the start date will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee, or you may chose to receivethe full value of your lesson credited towards the same program on another day.
