Looking to become a skier or snowboarder? Whiteface has programs for skiers and riders of Beginner abilities, as well as Private Lessons for all abilities seeking a one-on-one learning environment. Make sure to check out the Learn to Ski and Learn to Snowboard program, our teaching method utilizes familiar movements and skis designed with beginners in mind, allowing you to feel comfortable from the very first minute on snow.

This all-inclusive Learn To Ski/Snowboard Lesson is perfect for the first-time skier! The All Inclusive Learn-To package includes a beginner lift ticket, 2 hour class lesson, and beginner rentals.
Please plan to arrive at the Bear Den Learning Center at least 1-1.5 hours prior to your scheduled lesson or program to ensure you have enough time for tickets and rentals.
Group lessons are offered daily for 13 years old and up for beginner levels (Level 1-3). Lessons run from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Bear Den Learning Center. Guests are grouped by ability.

BEGINNER/NOVICE LESSON TYPES:
Lessons will be broken down into four beginner categories.
Level 1 – First Time Skiers or Snowboarders
Level 2 – Tried it once or twice before and need a little more help
Level 3/Novice – Can ski or snowboard on green terrain plus, turn and stop, and able to get on and off the chair lift
Level 4 – Can link turns on green and some blue terrain

| Lessons are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the program start date.
