Although all sales are final, we understand that sometimes life happens and you need to change your plans. We have updated our policy to allow guests to change ticket dates or cancel if necessary. Guests will be issued a credit to reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals. A one-time transaction fee of $15 per order will be deducted from the amount credited. Credits will be issued via e-mail and will be valid for 13 months from issuance of the credit. Credits can be used online to re-purchase lift tickets, lessons, and rentals.
