E-Ticket Pick-Up Boxes
Please pick up your lift ticket at one of the Lift Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located at the Whiteface Base Lodge lower tunnel and Premier Lot across from the boot-up tent also at the Bear Den Lodge entrance. You must scan your ticket voucher (either printed or on your mobile device) to redeem your lift ticket RFID card. For your convenience, your mobile device screen can be scanned for redemption, so printing is not required. We do recommend you take a screenshot of your ticket voucher (including barcodes) in case you encounter poor cell service at the mountain.
Your lift ticket must be used at Whiteface on the first day (the arrival date) selected at the time of purchase. The remaining day(s) of use must occur the next consecutive day(s) at Whiteface, Gore or Belleayre Mountain.
You can also purchase rentals at the ticket windows located inside the main entrance of the Main Base Lodge and Bear Den Lodge.

Easy Cancellations and Date Changes
Do you need to cancel your visit or change your ticket dates?
Although all sales are final, we understand that sometimes life happens and you need to change your plans. We have updated our policy to allow guests to change ticket dates or cancel if necessary. Guests will be issued a credit on a virtual Snow Guarantee Card to reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals. A one-time transaction fee of $15 per order will be deducted from the amount credited. Credits will be issued via e-mail and will be valid for 13 months from issuance of the credit. Credits can be used online to re-purchase lift tickets, lessons, and rentals.

Snow Guarantee
We strive to always present an exceptional experience and great snow conditions, but there may be days when uncontrollable factors come into play. If you arrive at the mountain and decide that you would prefer to ski another day, please bring your tickets to the Guest Services office within 1 hour of your first scan at the lift to exchange for a Snow Guarantee. You will be issued a credit in the amount of the cost of your lift ticket – which can be applied towards another lift ticket, lessons or rentals within 13 months of the issue date.
